Welcome to an ongoing interactive fiction project. The goal of this project is to learning how to write interactive fiction, try my hand at an original work, and eventually create a text adventure game for the Interactive Fiction Competition. Along the way to this goal, the journal author will study the Inform design language, plus IF theory and criticism.
Readership and participation is open to all. This is an amateur project, so positive and constructive feedback is much appreciated. Hecklers, however, can expect to find themselves written into a future game in a terrifically insulting fashion. For practical purposes, livejournal friends will not be added from this account unless their entries revolve around similar concepts.
Beta testing will be conducted at various points in the learning and construction process. Readers who wish to participate should friend this account or alternatively send a personal email to the author.
If you're curious about the person behind the posts, her personal journal is at http://opheliasclone.livejournal.com.
